Helt enig, Karl-otto
Respekt!
Vi ses om et par dage. Glæder mig.

Right ;-D It really helps. Grounding is very important. And when we're totally present and in contact with our body everything is about the Law and it's infinite wisdom. This wisdom and intelligence even gave us the ability to breathe deeply in order to connect. But instead we tend to forget about this great insight and hold our breath because we're so caught up in our minds.
It has been a tremendous help for me to learn, or rediscover, to observe when I hold my breath and then immidiately start to breathe slowly and more deeply.
That is in fact what we do in front of our Gohonzon - maybe that is the very reason why it's so important to chant a lot if we need to change the big things in our lives.

Thank`s to linda my co 9/11 buddhist.
Mary o`Malley`book is great.
My body is my inner gohonzon and a wonderful teacher in all aspects.
And it is always there.
Take a deep breath and say ahhhhhh when breathing out.

When i blame others for my bad mood, i give them the power to control me and i loose my power to control myself.
When i chant for my enemies, i gain power and i can smile.

What a great image - easy to understand and remember. Thanks, Karl-otto

Nishiren taught that suffering arise from " looking outside of oneself" for the cause or the solution to problems.` The fact that it is you who are suffering means it is your problem to solve, not someone else`s.
If you`re looking for others to change, you may wait a wery long time. Still, people make extraordinary efforts to modify the behavior of others in an effort to make relationships works. But ultimately this is as futile as cleaning the mirror in an attemt to clean your face. The mirror will keep reflecting back the same image.

Hej Karl-otto - selv tak for sidst.

Step 10 is about the daily check list or daily inventory list of how my life works today. My mind works like there are two program`s running all the time. Unless i keep up my morning and evening gongyo, the sick or the addictive program will by no mistakes rule the arena.
As long as i hold on to my daily gongyo and act as if i am a BUDDHA i will grow toward my true self, and be able to help others.

Thanks for good mentor/dicipel meeting the other evning.
Since i decided that practising nishirens buddhism together whith Ikeda Sensei for kosen-rufu, all the hard decicions is easy to carry out and it make my selvconfidense grow at the speed of light.
It ain´t no sin to take of your skin and dance around your bones.ErB.
In the ligt of my inner gohonzon, everything come to glow in a fantastic new way, and hope...fore the first time i feel reel hope.
If the effect in my daily life have root´s in causes, hundred, tousand year back in time, i understand how important it is for me to break the carmick cirkle an develop as i shoud, together whit my inner child.......
totally NICE
