Hello everyone new here:)

This is a long time in coming I see but it’s so true for a present situation of mine. I’m trying to get over someone what is 100% on a different path then me and it’s very hard to shake. I'm trying the fake it until you make it and chanting for me and him to have good productive lives.

I feel the "if only we could be together" often but I know better in the long run friends or maybe even casual people that just chat every once in a while is best .

Hey All,

Despite the fact that I've been trying to understand this thing called "relationships" for as long as I can remember, I thought i'd add some male imput to the group. Lol!

In the end, he battle is with ourselves, sometimes we come across situation which reveal something about our true self. Its not always pretty, but hey, once identified, we can now rectify huh?

Desiree, I do understand what you are talking about as far as patience. I too have that problem. Yes, and overcoming that fundamental darkness. Makes you want to scream sometimes yet makes you so glad that you have this wondeful practise in your life. Glad you liked the poem.

Coulette,
The poem was great. I loved it. I think that all our questions are eventually answered. We just need to be patient. That's my biggest problem patience and the desire to control things in my life. I have learnt that I am not always in control - the Mystic Force is!

Hi guys, kinda been out of the net for awhile, I hope you all enjoyed the poem. It is one of my favorites, helps to understand relationships a bit better. You never know what is in store for you when you meet people, I basically try and stay true to myself, the hard thing though is understanding why you can't have that person in your lifetime when the reason or season is over. But I try to grasp something positive from everyone I encounter. Me and my friend that I felt I had a deep bond with decided it was better to distance ourselves, not because of anything any of us done, but because of circumstances. I miss his friendship like crazy, but there is a reason and I do believe he needs to figure it out. I will post another discussion question, so I can get some feed back.

Love and hugs to all my myoho family.

Where's the poem?

Coulette, thanks for posting the poem. I agree, people come and go in our lives. I have had some very dear friends over the years. I have learned a lot from many, even sometimes that I'm better off without them. As we grow hopefully we keep more coming and staying. Recently, I have been in touch with friends from the past...it's been helpful to renew my awareness of what friends and family mean to me. It is funny, now that I feel comfortable with myself, really comfortable more people are coming back into my life. I just hope I bless them as much as they bless me. Thanks again for the post, Janice
