- I began my mystic journey in 1999 when my cousin, Joseph Bowie introduced me to this wonderful practice. Since 1999, I have transformed from a martial artist to a LIFE WARRIOR. Chanting has transformed my life and practice of the arts into a wonderful and endless journey. I have found the cause of my own ignorance and I am transforming each day.
My quest now is to develop means to help others become more aware of their existence in their “Treasure Tower” aka "Body".
The primary goal of our practice of chanting is to “Plug into the infinite source of our creative potential, Buddha Nature” which develops the ability to observe the mind/intent of the 3 actions of our thoughts, words and deeds to become happy human beings. Once the observation of intent is developed through chanting, we can use the mind to develop the awareness of the joints of the skeletal system. The primary method of achieving this is through “Bone Joint” awareness. The practice of rotating, extending, snapping the joints of the skeletal system increases communication link between the mind and body. The result of continued practice of “Intentional Exercise” is a profound sense of “Relaxation”. You can relate to this with a formula of 4 R’s, Relax the body, Release the Emotions, Rest the Mind and Recognize the Spirit.
These words are said to be Shakyamuni’s last lesson, "Decay is inherent in all composite things, work out your salvation with diligence"
